Our company was founded in 2005 since then, we have dedicated ourselves to providing our customers with a variety of cleaning services for commercial and residential Properties throughout Phoenix metro and surrounding areas.

Arizona Proclean Empire LLC has been providing its services for almost 10 years in the valley and has been able to successfully gain its position in the marketplace primarily through referral business and word-of-mouth advertisement. This has been possible due to our reputation of a sincere dedication to what we do best “Cleaning” and our philosophy based on motivation, training, respect and gratitude to our employees who are responsible for having satisfied and happy customers.

Arizona Proclean Empire LLC operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; we count with an emergency phone number and an on-call special team to respond to a simple request or an emergency event, in crisis situations one call put our team in action working for you. We take pride in our ability to respond quickly to emergency situations, our customers can rely on us to get the job done.

Our management team formed by Jose Juan Ramirez as a President/CEO and Emma A. Hernandez as a Vice-President/COO are committed to provide customers with excellent services with an affordable price.


Arizona Proclean Empire LLC is very meticulous with its hiring process. Our Human Resources staff is responsible for hiring, screening and training a workforce that is ready to execute their assignments for every customer, every shift, and every day.

At Arizona Proclean Empire LLC, we take the time to make sure we hire the best and most reliable employees. Each potential employee is checked and goes under very extensive background screening before being hired to ensure the best candidates. We check the following for each potential candidate:

  • Reference checks, previous experience and gaps in employment history.
  • State & County Criminal background screens are obtained on employees.
  • Drug and alcohol test results can be provided for those employees requiring testing.
  • Driver’s License checks are reviewed for all our drivers.

Once a new employee is “on-board”, we assign our best technician to train it until it feel comfortable with its new tasks and responsibilities, we manage the employee retention process very aggressively providing competitive wages and reasonable workloads to our employees resulting in a very well preformed work for our customers
